Regarding the Yonex championship, hotel accommodation will be provided to the participating players. In this regard, please note the following points.
1. Accommodations will be provided to the players only not to the coaches, managers, guardians, parents etc. as per UPBA.
2. The participating players who want to avail free accommodation facility they must inform Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Yadav.

3. Information should be given well in advance in writing before 6th August so that the rooms may be booked in time.
4. Only air cooled room are given and 3 players are allowed in a room.
