Open across four age groups — Under-13, Under-15, Under-17 and Under-19 — in singles, doubles and mixed doubles. Each player registers individually.

Each player may enter a maximum of 3 events

Players must carry original proof of age on match day. Age categories are based on year of birth — BAI/BWF standard rule.

How age categories work

Under-13
For 2026 championship — born in 2014 or later (born in 2014, 2015, 2016…)
Under-15
For 2026 championship — born in 2012 or later
Under-17
For 2026 championship — born in 2010 or later
Under-19
For 2026 championship — born in 2008 or later
Playing up: A player may always enter an older age category than their own (e.g. a U13-eligible player can enter U15). They may never enter a younger category than they qualify for.
